We are the conduit, but it comes from forces greater than us, flowing more freely when we welcome it in.

In this web of relationship we begin to feel less alone and more well as we unlearn some of the ways modern culture has taught us to function. Walking this path has profound potential to heal both our personal struggles and our world.

The Shamanic Journey Session
In our shamanic journey session, I step out of the role as counselor and step into the role of guide. Using the beat of a drum, I will lead you on a meditation into a mild trance-like state where you will find wisdom deep within.
By gently shifting your brainwaves from alpha to theta, you are able to enter a realm where you will meet with your helping spirits who have messages and teachings for you.
As you begin to develop relationships with them you will discover inner knowings, insights, and new perspectives without the negativity and limiting patterns you may hold in an everyday state.
You will learn the simple and powerful tool of shamanic drum journey so that you can return anytime to seek wisdom for personal and global healing.
